Tongda Steam Zero is the first batch of domestic enterprises to develop and produce gas springs. It focuses on research in related fields of gas springs. It participated in the drafting and formulation of gas spring industry standards in 1996 and the formulation of national standards for nitrogen springs in 2022.

It has a provincial enterprise technology center (double certification by the Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology and the Provincial Development and Reform Commission). The products are completely independently developed and have obtained 74 patents (6 invention patents) authorized by the State Patent Office. Among them, "Piston Rod Finishing Rolling Device and Its Processing Technology" broke through the industry technical barriers and won the key invention patent in Hunan Province; "Stepless Limiter and Its Processing Equipment" filled the domestic gap.

Our company has a professional gas spring related project laboratory, which can quickly verify that the related experiments (except prohibited substances) involved in gas springs have relatively short experimental cycle and reaction speed. According to the relevant parameters provided by customers, independent research and development analysis software can be used for analysis, and the opening and closing force and corresponding parameters of gas springs can be output.
