Technical Team
Hunan Aviation Power Transmission Technology Team is formed by the former AVIC Aviation Transmission R & D team and the core members of electrical measurement and control technology of Tianjin Institute of Electrical Science. It takes high-speed gear transmission R & D, manufacturing and testing as the core to provide customized system solutions for customers. There are more than 20 core technicians, including 2 researchers and 10 graduate students. It covers the complete staffing of mechanical transmission design and electrical measurement and control research and development, including the overall design of the system, structural design of parts/components, system analysis and calculation, electrical measurement and control, assembly and test verification, on-site installation and commissioning;
● Hire Mr. Chen Bangshi, a well-known expert in the field of aviation transmission, as the chief expert of the company's transmission system.
● There are 12 mechanical transmission technicians with an average design experience of 12 years, many of whom have worked for many years in large gear transmission enterprises such as Nangao Gear Europe Company, Sany Heavy Energy, 608 Institute, etc;
● 6 electrical measurement and control technicians, rich experience in project design and implementation;
● 4 on-site assembly, installation and commissioning service personnel, with more than 10 years of on-site assembly, installation and commissioning experience; Responsible for the assembly, test and centering of the company's products; Installation and commissioning of customer site;
● 2 test engineers, with more than ten years of experience in field vibration testing and fault diagnosis;
● 2 quality technicians, responsible for the quality control and progress management of the existing outsourcing parts;
Product development through three-dimensional modeling CAD, system simulation analysis, operation test test verification, to ensure product quality. At the same time, we have strengthened the development of industry, university and research, established cooperation with scientific research institutions, and formed good strategic cooperative relations with Xiangtan University, Xi'an Jiaotong University, Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics and other universities.
